Terms and Conditions of Carriage
Effective Date: Updated July 2026 | Quadruple Logistics / Fast Air Courier Service
1. Acceptance of Waybill Terms
By tendering goods for transit to Fast Air Courier Service ("the Carrier") or accepting delivery as the designated Consignee, all senders, recipients, and their agents agree unconditionally to these Terms and Conditions. This contract applies to all international air express, ground transport, diplomatic transit, and clearance brokerages.
2. Customs Clearance, Exemption Fees & Local Delivery Duties
International parcels traversing cross-border air routes are subject to destination customs declarations, inspection tariffs, and regulatory clearance protocols. Where a consignment is marked ToPay or requires local exemption duties, the Consignee is required to settle outstanding clearance and local delivery fees before release from bonded airport storage.
Failure to settle statutory customs dues within the designated hold period may result in administrative storage demurrage or return to origin facility at the sender's expense.
3. Transit Schedules and Estimates
While Fast Air Courier operates expedited direct cargo corridors (such as Canada to United States 3-hour flight arrival windows), published delivery times are estimates subject to flight clearance, weather diversions, and airport customs inspections.
4. Carrier Liability & High-Value Cargo
Consignments registered under diplomatic or insured freight categories are protected up to the declared financial valuation stated on the official stamped receipt invoice. Claims for physical loss or damage must be filed in writing with our dispatch office within 14 calendar days of delivery.
5. Inspection & Security Compliance
All shipments are subjected to non-intrusive X-ray screening and customs sniffer inspection in compliance with IATA and international civil aviation safety mandates.
